Secure Client Portal Instructions

You have access to a secure client portal offered through our website. We made a commitment to use less paper, and this portal helps us achieve this goal. This portal is a special website that allows you to login to and access your personal information. Through your portal you have 24/7 access to your applicable account information, tax documents, estate documents and other uploaded personal documents.

To access your personal portal, please click on the BFG Secure Client Portal link below.

Once you click this link, it will take you to the login page for your secure portal. Your username is your primary email address that we have on file. If you have forgotten your password, simple click the “Forgot Password” link to reset. To change your password, you will need to click on your name in the upper right hand corner of the page. This will take you to a “User Management” page where you can click to change your password.

Upon login, you will be on your home page. On this page you will see any announcements from our firm as well as recent news from the Wall Street Journal.

On the “Accounts” tab you are able to view all your account information as of closing on the previous business day, if applicable. You can click on the account number to view the specific holdings in your accounts.

Through the “Document Vault” tab you are able to view your documents that we have securely stored on our server.

On the “Live Reports” tab, you can run detailed reports on your Beneficiary Information and Estate Planning Documents, if applicable.

Finally, through the “Contact Us” button, you are able to send us secure messages and upload sensitive documents.

We are pleased to offer this secure portal for your convenience. If you do not already have a login established, please contact our office.
